FAQ

  • How does OrderUp work?

    Once you have your access information, log in and your next available delivery date will be selected. Press to confirm. Your customized order guide will await you. Simply enter the quantities you desire of each item on your order guide and press preview. Confirm that your order is correct and select submit order. That's it.

  • How do I order items not on my order guide?

    Two ways. If it is just one item, you can add it the special instruction section at the top of the preview page. If you have many items or difficult items to add, call our order line at 617.466.0366 ext 207 and leave instructions there. We will join them with your order manually.

  • What time does my order need to placed by?

    We need all orders in by 10PM.
