Committed to installing solar panels on our roof by 2025.

Our refrigeration is run by state of the art control devices. These devices turn off the circulating fans when cooling is not being produced, resulting in lower energy requirements while maintaining perfect cooling temperatures.

100% of our lighting is LED and many rooms have automatic motion sensors that turn on only the lights that are needed and shut them off automatically.

We contract with our waste disposal company to bring our perishable waste products to pig farms and/or composting facilities.

Our Delivery Fleet - All refrigeration units cycle off when the truck body reaches the required temperatures. Half of our fleet has been upgraded to the latest emission standards and are clean idle certified.
